1G 到 4G 年代，通信核心標準與專利大多由西方企業主導，通信標準建立需要巨額研發、技術積澱與全球產業認可，門檻極高。華為數十年持續投入研發，在 3GPP 國際會議中，Polar 編碼入選 5G 控制通道標準，累計大量 5G 標準必要專利，技術提案採納率常年全球領先。除基站網路佈局外，發展 5G‑A 萬兆速率、通感一體、閃聯超低時延、RedCap 物聯網、綠色基站等技術；並透過天通衛星實現天地一體，基站由單純訊號傳輸管道升級為兼具感知能力的數位神經網路。相關技術可應用在智慧交通、工業製造、物聯網、災害應急等領域。影片剖析，通信做為數位時代底層基礎設施，標準即代表話語權；華為的突破來自長期研發沉澱，也為 6G 萬物智聯打下技術基礎。
From the 1G to 4G era, core communication standards and patents were mostly dominated by Western companies. Establishing communication standards required massive R&D, technical accumulation, and global industry recognition, making the barriers extremely high. Huawei continuously invested in R&D for decades, and at the 3GPP international meetings, Polar coding was selected for the 5G control channel standard, accumulating a large number of essential 5G standard patents, with its technical proposals often leading globally in acceptance rate. Beyond base station network deployment, the company has been developing 5G‑A ultra-high speeds, integrated sensing and communication, ultra-low-latency flash links, RedCap IoT, green base stations, and so on; and through the Tiantong satellite project, realizing integrated space-ground networks, upgrading base stations from simple signal transmission channels to digital neural networks with sensing capabilities. These technologies can be applied in smart transportation, industrial manufacturing, IoT, disaster response, and more. The video explores how communication, as the underlying infrastructure of the digital age, means that standards equate to influence. Huawei's breakthroughs come from long-term R&D accumulation and also lay the technical foundation for 6G and the smart connectivity of everything.
