South Korea's second disaster relief team will return home on Friday after wrapping up a seven-day mission in flood-hit Nepal, where nine Koreans still remain unaccounted for.
Seoul's Foreign Ministry said Thursday a joint government response team will remain in Nepal to support the families of the nine Koreans still unaccounted for and continue efforts to locate them.
Korea South-East Power has deployed around 90 rescue personnel to search for its three workers, while Doosan Enerbility is continuing drone operations to locate six of its employees.
The disaster has left 6-thousand 669 people out of reach across Nepal and Tibet, with the death toll reaching 1,446.
