मिशिगन स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों ने साइक्लोस्पोरियासिस (cyclosporiasis) के प्रकोप से दो मौतों की पुष्टि की है. इस साल की शुरुआत में भोजन से फैलने वाली इस बीमारी के मामले बढ़ने के बाद से अमेरिका में दर्ज की गई ये पहली मौतें हैं.
