생육회처럼 보이지만 불로 익혀 제공하는 독특한 방식으로, 직접 먹어보니 육회 특유의 식감에 함박스테이크 같은 고소한 맛이 더해져 신기했습니다.

This is what happens when you order yukhoe in Japan, where serving raw beef is strictly regulated.

The chef uses a one-meter-long bamboo tube to place a bright orange egg yolk on top, then sears the meat with a blowtorch.

It looks like raw beef yukhoe, but the meat is seared before serving. The texture reminded me of yukhoe, while the rich, savory flavor was surprisingly similar to a hamburg steak.
