A look at this game and the more significant impact later in his career as part of the Amazin' #Mets when they won the #WorldSeries in 1969.
D. Two fan favorites: one niche athlete, one all-timer. On August 11, 1986, Bob Tway won his only #golf #Major, which was the #PGAChampionshp. And, on August 16, 2008, #swimmer #MichaelPhelps tied a single #Olympics record with his 7th #GoldMedal in a single Games. He'd take home an 8th the following day.
E. A dominant, fan-favorite athlete, but in #SouthKorea. On August 10, 2016, #JinJongOh won his 3rd consecutive #Gold in the 50m pistol event at the Rio #Olympics. A national hero in South Korea and most dominant in this history of precision-pistol. Clayton and Jeff discuss why more people should know Jin Jong-oh.
