It only takes 20 minutes...
If you want to dramatically improve the way you communicate, it requires firstly self-awareness.
1. Record yourself speaking for 10 mins about any topic (unprepared)
2. Only LISTEN to yourself speaking and write down 1 thing you can improve with your voice
3. Now just WATCH yourself speaking and write down 1 thing you can improve with your body language
4. Finally TRANSCRIBE the video and see what needs improvement about how you structure what you say
Do this and you're already ahead of most people when it comes to your communication skills!
