लद्दाख में नए नामों को चीन ने कहा अवैध [China Opposes India's Standardised Place Names in Ladakh]

चीन ने भारत के केंद्र शासित प्रदेश लद्दाख में 28 स्थानों और भौगोलिक विशेषताओं के नामों के मानकीकरण के भारत के फैसले का विरोध किया है. चीनी विदेश मंत्रालय की प्रवक्ता माओ निंग ने कहा कि चीन तथाकथित लद्दाख केंद्र शासित प्रदेश को मान्यता नहीं देता और भारत का यह कदम क्षेत्र की स्थिति को नहीं बदल सकता.

China has opposed India's move to standardise the names of 28 places and geographical features in Ladakh. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said Beijing does not recognize the Union Territory of Ladakh and described India's action as illegal and ineffective in changing what China calls the reality on the ground.
