Ariana and Ricky first dated from 2015 to 2016 after meeting during her Honeymoon Tour, where he worked as a backup dancer. They stayed friends after their breakup before reconnecting romantically this year. For fans who remember their original relationship, these new pictures bring back an entire era of Ariana’s career. Their story also has a musical connection. Ariana famously mentioned Ricky in “thank u, next,” and during her 2026 Eternal Sunshine Tour, she changed his lyric to reflect their reunion. At the final show, she sang about hoping to make him her last love. (people.com)
