춥거나 감기 기운이 느껴질 때마다
천천히 달여 마시는 한 잔의 대추차.
겨울이면 제가 늘 찾게 되는 차예요.

그래서인지이 차를 마신 뒤로
마지막으로 감기에 걸린 게 언제였는지
잘 떠오르지 않아요.

추위가 계속되는 요즘,
2월에 공방을 찾아주시는 분들을 위해
어떤 차를 준비할까 고민하다가
올해도 엄마가 직접 말려 보내주신 대추로
몸과 마음을 따뜻하게 데워줄
향긋한 대추차를 준비해둘게요. ☕🤍

Why I rarely catch a cold
Whenever it feels coldor I sense a cold coming on,
I slowly simmer a cup of jujube tea.
It’s the tea I always turn to in winter.
Maybe because of that,
I honestly can’t rememberthe last time I caught a cold.

With the cold weather continuing,
I’ve been thinking about what tea to prepare
for those visiting the studio in February.
Once again, using dried jujubes
my mom carefully prepared and sent,
I’ll have a fragrant jujube tea ready—
one that gently warms both body and mind. ☕
