遭受海外技術限制的華為，在無法取得頂尖光刻機、先進代工資源的困境下，推出跨至 2028 年的 AI 晶片發展路線圖。不與對手硬拼單顆晶片極限性能，轉而發揮通信領域積累，主打大規模晶片集群組網的系統總算力；同時推動自研記憶體與 CAN 軟體生態，吸引不少國內企業導入使用。就算製程良率、軟體生態仍與國際巨頭存在差距，但穩定供應的國產方案，已經改變市場格局。就連海外晶片大廠高層也公開表示，幾乎拱手讓出中國 AI 晶片市場。技術封鎖沒有終結競爭，反而催生出全新的產業競爭規則。
Faced with overseas‑imposed technical restrictions and no access to top‑tier lithography machines and advanced foundry services, Huawei has released an AI chip roadmap extending to 2028. Instead of competing for peak performance of single chips, it leverages its long‑standing advantages in communications to focus on total system computing power through large‑scale chip clusters. It also develops self‑designed memory hardware and the CAN software ecosystem, which has been adopted by many domestic enterprises. Although gaps remain in manufacturing yield and software ecosystem compared with global giants, the stably‑supplied domestic solution has reshaped the market landscape. Senior executives of overseas chip giants have publicly stated that they have largely given up the Chinese AI chip market. Rather than ending competition, technical blockades have given birth to brand‑new industrial competition rules.
