카리브를 따라 남쪽으로, 끝없는 정비

신트유스테스를 떠나 다시 카리브 남쪽으로 이동하기 시작했습니다.
이번 영상에서는 세인트키츠와 네비스를 거쳐 몬세라트, 과들루프, 도미니카를 지나 마르티니크로 향합니다.
항해 중 메인세일 레이지백이 레일에서 빠져 다시 작업해야 했고, 딩기보트 엔진 관리도 진행했습니다.
몬세라트에서는 1997년 화산 분화로 버려진 수도 플리머스를 둘러보고, 과들루프와 도미니카에서는 카리브의 또 다른 풍경을 만나봅니다.
또한 조수기에 공기가 유입되는 문제를 해결하기 위해 원인을 하나씩 찾아가며 점검과 수리를 진행했습니다.
항해는 목적지에 도착하는 과정이기도 하지만, 계속해서 점검하고 정비하는 과정이기도 한 것 같습니다.

After leaving Sint Eustatius, we continued heading south through the Caribbean.
In this episode, we sail through Saint Kitts, Nevis, Montserrat, Guadeloupe, and Dominica before arriving in Martinique.
Along the way, the mainsail lazy bag came off its track and needed attention, while routine maintenance was carried out on the dinghy engine.
In Montserrat, we visited Plymouth, the abandoned capital buried by volcanic activity. We also explored the unique landscapes of Guadeloupe and Dominica.
Later, we tracked down an air leak in the watermaker system and worked through several troubleshooting steps before finding the cause.
Sailing is not only about reaching the next destination, but also about the continuous maintenance and problem-solving that comes with life at sea.
