이번 연희 베벌리힐즈 프로젝트에서는
조리와 준비를 위한 충분한 작업 공간을 확보하면서도
주방 안에서의 움직임이 자연스럽게 이어질 수 있도록
적절한 사이즈로 계획했습니다.

조리를 위한 작업 공간에서
간단한 식사와 대화가 이어지는 자리까지.

하나의 기능에 머무르지 않고
주방에서 보내는 다양한 시간이
자연스럽게 이어지는 공간입니다.

An island doesn’t always need to be oversized.

What matters is finding the right balance
between the space and the way it is lived in.

For this project,
we created ample workspace for cooking and preparation
while carefully sizing the island
to allow movement throughout the kitchen to flow naturally.

From a space for preparing meals
to a place for casual dining and conversation,
the island extends beyond a single function.

It brings together the many moments
spent in the kitchen,
naturally woven into everyday life.
