You can make delicious eggplant without using an oven or frying it in oil!
This is full of buttery flavor and my family loves it😍


❖ Ingredients
- 2 eggplants
- 2 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- green onions


❖ Tip
1. I recommend using oyster sauce, but if you don't have it, you can substitute it with soy sauce.
2. After adding the sauce, cook them over low heat
3. If the eggplant is too dry while cooking, you can add a little more olive oil
