Black Rat Snake A Life Story From Egg to Hunter #blackratsnake #wildlifedocumentary

Deep in a North American oak forest, tiny lives awaken inside a rotting log.

A gray-patterned baby black rat snake learns to survive while evading hawks and raccoons. It hunts frogs and mice by constricting them, gradually growing into an adult measuring 1.8 meters in length.

From a life-or-death battle with a snake-eating kingsnake to springtime male combat and mating, the journey continues until a new generation finally hatches inside the same rotting log.

A complete life story of a black rat snake, captured in photorealistic wildlife documentary style.
