서울지하철 7호선 청담역과 자양역 사이, 한강 위를 건너가는 전동차들을 가까이서 담아봤다.
이곳은 청담역 근처에서 도보로 오래 걸리지 않는 곳에 위치해 있어서, 근처에 볼일이 있다면 한 번쯤 짬내서 가보길 추천한다. 한강 자전거길이나 산책로와도 연결되어 있어서 접근성도 좋은 편이다.
무엇보다 이곳의 가장 큰 매력은 한강을 건너는 지하철을 굉장히 가까이서 볼 수 있다는 점이다. 지하철이 한강 위를 지나가는 모습을 이렇게 가까이서 볼 수 있는 장소는 생각보다 많지 않은데, 이곳은 철조망이나 가림막 없이 비교적 편하게 전동차를 볼 수 있어서 더 특별하다.
게다가 전동차가 한강을 건너오는 구간에서 고가도로와 함께 나란히 달려오다가 서로 갈라지는 모습까지 볼 수 있어서, 단순히 전동차만 보는 것과는 또 다른 멋이 있다. 한강 위를 전동차와 고가도로가 함께 가로지르는 모습이 꽤 인상적이라 영상으로 담아보기에도 좋은 곳이다.
그리고 오랜만에 지하철 구경을 와보니 예전보다 구형 전동차가 생각보다 많이 줄어든 것도 느껴졌다. 예전에는 7호선에서 자주 볼 수 있었던 차량들이 이제는 많이 보이지 않는 모습이다.
한강 산책이나 자전거 라이딩을 하다가 잠깐 들러서 지나가는 전동차를 구경해보는 것도 좋을 것 같다.
I filmed the trains of Seoul Subway Line 7 crossing over the Han River between Cheongdam Station and Jayang Station.
This spot is located within a short walk from Cheongdam Station, so I recommend stopping by if you happen to be in the area. It’s also well connected to the Han River bike path and walking trails, making it fairly easy to get to.
The biggest attraction of this spot is how incredibly close you can get to the subway trains crossing the Han River. There aren’t many places where you can see trains crossing the river from this close, and this location is particularly special because there are no fences or barriers blocking the view.
What makes it even more impressive is that the trains come across the Han River alongside an elevated roadway before the two routes split apart. Seeing the subway and the elevated road cross the river together and then separate makes for a pretty striking scene, and it’s a great place to capture the trains on video.
Also, since it had been a while since I last came out to watch the subway, I noticed that there were noticeably fewer older train cars than before. The trains that used to be frequently seen on Line 7 are now much less common.
If you’re taking a walk or riding a bike along the Han River, it’s worth stopping by for a while to watch the trains go by.
