만 원이나 주고 먹은 일본 계란토스트입니다.🥚

오사카에 있는 카페인데, 벽돌처럼 두툼한 식빵을 잘라 오븐에서 한 번 노릇하게 구워줍니다.

여기에 직접 만든 에그마요를 듬뿍 올리고, 버터까지 발라 한 번 더 구워내는데요.

겉은 바삭하고 속은 촉촉한 식감에 고소한 에그마요가 가득 들어 있어 생각보다 꽤 든든했습니다.

가격은 만 원 정도라 조금 비싸다고 생각했는데, 먹고 나니 배가 꽤 불렀습니다.

Finally, they pile on a generous amount
of homemade egg mayo.

The outside is crispy,
the inside stays soft,
and the rich egg mayo makes every bite satisfying.

It felt a little expensive at first,
but after finishing it,
I was surprisingly full.
