傳統壓力鍋需要使用者自行判斷水量、時間、洩壓，底部單點加熱造成受熱不均，經常出現煮糊、夾生等狀況，過往大眾多歸咎於自己烹飪手藝。
新一代 3D 立體 IH 智慧壓力鍋，透過熱風循環實現均勻受熱，支援手機 App、語音控制，可直接設定飯菜完成時間，改變人遷就鍋具的舊模式。
但該產品仍存在售價偏高、依賴網路、軟體後續維護等限制，並非真正具備自主思考的人工智慧。
中國憑藉完整產業鏈推動廚電升級，新舊壓力鍋短期會共存，科技帶給使用者更多烹飪選擇，而非強制取代傳統方式。
Traditional pressure‑cookers require users to judge water volume, cooking time and pressure release manually. Single‑point bottom heating leads to uneven heating, often resulting in burnt or half‑cooked food, which people used to blame on poor cooking skills.
The new‑generation 3D stereo IH smart pressure‑cooker adopts hot‑air circulation for even heating. It supports mobile‑App and voice‑control. Users can directly set the finish‑time, ending the old pattern where people had to adapt to cookware.
Nevertheless, it still has drawbacks such as high price, network‑dependency and software‑maintenance risks. It is not real self‑thinking artificial‑intelligence.
Supported by complete industrial‑chains, China promotes kitchen‑appliance upgrading. New and traditional pressure‑cookers will co‑exist in the short‑term. Technology offers users more cooking options instead of forcing out traditional ways.
