국립아시아문화전당 입체음향실 스튜디오에서 시작된 소리가 전시장 안에서 새로운 풍경이 되기까지.
2026년도 국립아시아문화전당 미래상 수상자 김영은은 이동과 이주의 정서를 담은 아시아의 ‘시’를 재료로 과거의 시 낭송 소리를 현대적으로 재구성합니다.
115개의 스피커를 통해 구현되는 입체적인 소리를 위해 작가는 과거 낭송 소리에 대한 문헌학적 추정을 토대로 전에 없던 새로운 소리를 만들어 나갑니다.

From the spatial sound studio at ACC, to the moment sound transforms into a new landscape within the exhibition space.
Kim Young-eun, recipient of the 2026 ACC Future Prize, takes Asian poetry that carries the emotions of movement and migration as her material, reimagining the sounds of past poetry recitations through a contemporary lens.
To create an immersive soundscape through 115 speakers, the artist draws on philological research and historical speculation about the ways poetry may have been recited in the past, giving shape to new sounds that transcend their original time and place.
