The Comeback Continues 💪 Jess Williams Re-Signs with Perth Heat | ABL 2026/27

Any position, any role. Jess Williams (#5) is locked in with the Perth Heat for the 2026/27 ABL season.

In 2025/26 Williams played first base, second base, left field and right field for the Heat, fielding .972 and going error-free in left. At the plate he had a big night against Adelaide on 21 November: 2 hits, a home run and 3 RBI.

It's all the more impressive given the road he's travelled. Williams fought back from Tommy John surgery and a broken leg to return to the Heat in 2023/24, and he's become one of the most versatile players on the roster.
