Mark Henry Was A Beast

During a backstage segment on WWE programming, strongman legend Mark Henry demonstrated his unbelievable, real-world power by ripping a thick steel chain lock apart using nothing but his bare hands.
.
While many professional wrestling props are gimmicked, Henry—a legitimate world-record-holding powerlifter dubbed "The World's Strongest Man"—decided to prove his title was no gimmick. With cameras rolling close up, Henry gripped the heavy-duty metal padlock attached to the chain, braced himself, and pulled with raw power until the steel link snapped completely in half, leaving fellow wrestlers and fans in utter disbelief.
