Abandoned concrete bunker full of water, mud, and old metal beds.
He pumped the water out, shoveled the mud, pressure-washed the stairs and walls, then coated the floor grey. Outside he added wooden wall panels, decking, an arched wooden door, chairs, table, plants, and lights.
Inside he cleared the junk, washed everything, plastered the walls, framed and insulated them, hung drywall, painted, laid laminate floor, then built a bed with drawers, kitchenette, dining table, and finished the room.
