When Leo DiCaprio Was Inspired By A Drunk Guy

Leonardo DiCaprio shared the hilarious inspiration behind his iconic Quaalude scene in The Wolf of Wall Street. While researching how to portray severe drug impairment, Leonardo became obsessed with a viral YouTube video titled "The Drunkest Man in the World". What intrigued him most wasn't just the man writhing around the floor, but his unwavering determination to crawl toward a beer like a life-sustaining force. Channelling that intense motivation, Leonardo approached his own slow crawl to his car like a primordial beast moving toward a futuristic machine in 2001: A Space Odyssey. Seeing Leonardo DiCaprio model his legendary movie meltdown on a wobbly guy desperately reaching for a beer is pure gold. #leonardodicaprio #thewolfofwallstreet #quaaludes #behindthescenes #funny #viral #funnymoments #shorts #comedy #interview #latenight #celebritystories
