그만큼 시원한 국맛이 일품이지요
예전에 결혼한후 복어를 사와서 옆지기보고 복국을 끓이라 했더니
밥상에 내앞에만 복국이 올려져 있었습니다
겁이 난다나 뭐라나
같이 먹자하니 혼자 다 먹으라내요
내가 이 복국을 먹고 죽으면 내혼자 죽으라는 말과 같지요
그 후 세월이 흘러 옆지기가 복국을 몇숫갈 먹어본후
시원한 맛에 지금은 없어서 못먹고 있지요
한해 겨울 복어를 1리어카 넘게 사서 먹습니다
복어도 종류가 많고 그 종류마다 맛이 다릅니다
영상의 복어는 밀복으로 흔히 많이 잡히는어종입니다
예전에 60여년전에 부산에서 직장다닐 때
부산 범천동 철길에서 복어를 팔고 있는것을 보았는데
아줌마가 복어배 불뚝한 것을 골라 고니가 들었나 확인하려고
주물떡거리니 복어장사 아저씨하고 말씨름이 붙는걸 보았습니다
배를 갈라보기전에 잘 모르니 이것이 문제지만
경험상 어느정도 예측을 할수 있습니다
복어국은 무를 썰어넣고 복어 이레를 주물러 끓이면
맛이 특이하게 납니다
예전에 사진동호회 울산 군함바위 일출 출사를가서 일출찍고
아침먹으로 복국집에 갔는데
은복 냉동했던것을 넣어 끓인것이라 맛이없어 먹지 않았지요
맛이 없어요 회원들은 땀 뻑뻑 흘리면서 잘먹었어요
청복 까치복도 밀복만큼 시원한 맛이 안납니다 참복은 횟감으로 주로 사용됩니다
울산 군함바위는 25여년전 어부현종이 울산 햄써비스 사진동호회 출사때
비행기 기장을 하시던 진의실 형님께서 군함 같다하여
그후 군함바위로 이름붙어서 일출 명소가 되었습니다
