I turn raspberry jam into Ice Cream Rolls for a satisfying ASMR experience filled with smooth scraping, tapping, and a colorful berry transformation on my -30°C frozen pan.
Raspberry jam has a thick, fruity texture with a sweet and slightly tart raspberry taste. I mix fresh raspberries and the jelly with my ice cream, then use my two scrapers to chop, spread, scrape, and roll everything across the frozen surface. The smooth movements, close-up textures, tapping, scraping ASMR, rolling, and decoration make the entire food transformation especially satisfying to watch.
Once the mixture is frozen, I carefully create the Ice Cream Rolls and arrange them in a cup before adding the final decoration. The finished raspberry Ice Cream Rolls look bright, colorful, and detailed, with a sweet berry flavor and the slightly tangy character of raspberries.
At the end, I try the finished Ice Cream Rolls in a mukbang taste test and give the flavor a score.
