充氣輪胎問世百餘年，高速爆胎一直是重大行業隱憂，海外企業數十年嘗試非充氣輪胎，多數止步於實驗樣品。影片講述國產團隊面對技術封鎖，從材料配方、網狀彈性結構、一體成型工藝全鏈路自主攻關；這款非充氣輪胎無需充氣，局部結構損毀依舊可行駛兩千公里，時速達家用乘用車標準，已拿下千萬級商業訂單，生產線正在建設。目前優先應用在礦區作業車、無人物流設備，未來有機會普及私家車，也反映出中國工業從跟跑到開闢全新技術路線的產業蛻變。
Pneumatic tires have existed for more than a hundred years, yet high‑speed blow‑outs remain a serious hidden danger. Foreign companies have spent decades developing non‑pneumatic tires, but most stay at the prototype stage. This video tells how a Chinese R&D team achieved full‑chain independent breakthroughs in material formulas, mesh elastic structures and integral molding under technical blockades. This non‑pneumatic tire requires no inflation and can travel 2000 km even with partial structural damage, reaching speed standards for passenger cars. It has obtained multi‑million‑level commercial orders with production lines under construction. It is firstly deployed in mining vehicles and unmanned logistics equipment and may be adopted by private cars in the future, reflecting China’s industrial transformation from catching‑up to opening brand‑new technical paths.
