China's foreign trade up 17.6% in first eight months of 2026

China's foreign trade saw rapid growth in the first eight months of this year.

Total goods trade reached nearly 35 trillion yuan, up almost 18 percent from a year earlier. The growth rate was 0.3 percentage points higher than that recorded in the first seven months.
