The annual NS4880 dinners celebrated learning, discovery and engagement!
Dietetic students from the Cornell University College of Human Ecology and the Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences teamed up with Cornell Dining to create three unique dining experiences. This year’s one-of-a-kind dinners included an Asian Night Market, complete with bao buns and Korean fried chicken; Spring Into Wonderland, featuring whimsical mashed blue potatoes and a rainbow Earl Grey cake; and Cornellians Corn-nected, with dishes honoring corn’s agricultural roots and cultural impact across diverse cuisines.
Keeton House Dining Room, Rose House Dining Room and Cook House Dining Room combined to serve more than 2,700 guests on this special night.
