It's Bedtime, Bedtime! Brush Our Teeth, Swish, Swish!

Bedtime, bedtime! What do we do before we go to bed? Brush our teeth, brush our teeth! This cheerful kids song brings a playful rhythm to a familiar nighttime routine. Swish-swish, brush-brush, scrub-scrub! Sing about caring for little teeth as the busy day comes to a gentle close.

Brush the front, brush the back, and brush the chewing surfaces too! Make small, gentle movements with a grown-up's help. Brush-brush, round and round! Take your time instead of rushing through. When brushing is finished, spit out the toothpaste. Pat-pat goes the towel, and tap-tap goes the toothbrush as we put it away. Everything has its place!

Yawn-yawn, stretch-stretch! Now it is time to settle down. Enjoy repeating "Bedtime, bedtime, brush our teeth!" together and connect the song with your family's evening routine. Simple words and playful sounds invite children to sing along while learning a caring habit. From brush-brush to a sleepy goodnight, let's end the day with clean teeth, warm hugs, and sweet dreams!
