지난 9월 2일 서울시립미술관 세마홀에서 있었던 다니엘 무지추크의 강연 「천사와 악마들. 조율과 세계 건설」의 기록영상이 업로드 되었습니다. 폴란드 우치에 위치한 슈투키 박물관 관장 다니엘 무지추크의 강연은 고대의 철학자 피타고라스가 이야기한 ‘우주의 음악’에서 시작하여, 메레디스 영-사우어스의 뉴에이지 차크라 조율, 오스트리아의 작곡가 안톤 베베른(1883-1945)의 영적 색채가 가미된 12음 기법, 초기 전자음악의 선구자이자 실천가 폴린 올리베로스(1932-2016)의 딥 리스닝, 그리고 메이메이 베르센부르거의 우주적 시학까지를 아우릅니다. 전체 영상은 비엔날레 웹사이트와 유튜브에서 보실 수 있습니다.

A video documentation of Angels and Demons. Tuning and World Building by Daniel Muzyczuk is now released. As a director of Muzeum Sztuki in Łódź., Daniel Muzyczuk explores the vibrational worldview from Pythagoras’s music of the spheres, through Meredith Young-Sowers’s New Age chakra-tuning and Anton Webern (1883-1945)’s spiritually inflected twelve-tone practice, to Pauline Oliveros (1932-2016)’s Deep Listening and Mei-mei Berssenbrugge’s cosmic poetics.
