Delta flight from Bogota to Atlanta. Santiago Daza gets asked to swap seats so a couple can sit together. He says yes, then sees the seat: smaller and worse. So he says no and stays put. The crew asks for his name, he starts recording on his Meta glasses, they get upset, and suddenly he can 'no longer remain on the flight.' Delta later offered him $150. He refused and filed a complaint. Book your seats together, people.
