생각했던 대로 흘러가지 않는 날들이 꽤 많아요.
정성껏 만든 케이크도 마음처럼 되지 않고, 사소한 일 하나에도 한참을 고민하게 되지만
그런 날들 속에서도 나름의 즐거움을 찾아가며 지내고 있어요.
최근에는 건강검진을 계기로 평소 먹는 음식에도 조금씩 관심을 갖게 되었어요.
거창하게 바꾸기보다는 좋아하는 음식부터 건강하게 챙겨 먹어보려고요.
완벽하지 않아도 괜찮은, 평범한 며칠의 기록입니다.

Lately, things haven’t always been going the way I planned.
Even the cake I made with care didn’t turn out quite as I hoped, and sometimes I find myself spending more time than expected worrying about the little things.
Still, I’m trying to find little moments of joy along the way.
After a recent health checkup, I’ve started paying a little more attention to what I eat.
Rather than making big changes all at once, I want to start by making healthier choices with the foods I already love.
A few ordinary days, imperfect but perfectly okay in their own way.
