Lately, I’ve been paying a little more attention to what I eat as an important day gets closer.

Instead of being too strict, I’m trying to enjoy simple meals that make me feel good and that I can keep up with. A cup of coffee and a quiet brunch with my mom were enough to make the day feel a little more special.

These days, I’m learning to appreciate ordinary moments even more.
