유부불고기김밥 만들기 | Crispy Yubu Bulgogi Kimbap

Hello, today I’m making yubu bulgogi kimbap.

What I wanted to make was crispy yubu kimbap, kind of like Magyeo Kimbap, but I guess you’re not supposed to add soy sauce..? lol
Maybe I was supposed to simmer the yubu in soy sauce first.

It looks a little burnt, but it wasn’t actually burnt, and it was still delicious.
I was originally going to have it with ramen, but I had some soft tofu stew, so I ate it with that instead.

What do you think about a woman who eats three rolls of kimbap by herself..?

I bought the bulgogi from Kurly,
and stir-fried the yubu in a dry pan without adding any oil.
