The American Food & Agriculture Pavilion opened Friday at the 9th CIIE in Shanghai.
Six agreements worth more than $650 million were signed on the first day, covering sorghum, wheat, beef and pet products.
The pavilion covers 400 square meters, up 14.3% from last year.
It brings together 18 exhibitors, 41 US agricultural associations and small and medium-sized enterprises.
Products on display include US beef, rice, wine, blueberries and almonds.
In September, China and the US reached a consensus on a "300-for-300" reciprocal tariff reduction framework.
China will lower tariffs on about $30 billion of US imports, including agricultural products.
After last year’s trade friction, U.S. soybeans are regaining access to the Chinese market.
China imported $207.41 billions of agricultural products in 2025, of which $16.15 billion came from the US, accounting for 7.7%.
