The Lost Queen of Egypt May Finally Be Found

For over a century, the world believed Tutankhamun's tomb had no more secrets left to give. Howard Carter opened it in 1922, removed thousands of golden treasures, and the boy king became the most famous mummy on Earth. But now, more than a hundred years later, researchers are staring at the walls of that same tomb and saying something surprising: this might not be over yet. Because hidden somewhere behind the burial chamber, there may be rooms that no one has ever opened. And inside them, some researchers believe, could be the body of one of the most legendary women in ancient history, Queen Nefertiti. Seven separate scientific investigations have picked up signs of a much larger structure extending beyond the known tomb. The scans suggest additional chambers and passages, and those spaces appear to have been deliberately filled with rubble in ancient times, as if someone wanted them sealed and forgotten on purpose. Watch this video to find out what researchers are about to discover behind the walls of Tutankhamun's tomb.
