Down to seven rostered players, we still fought our way in, giving ourselves a chance in the fourth before a late lapse on the three-ball opened the game up again. Taran Armstrong led us with 20 points and 7 assists, and David Johnson (18), Will Magnay (17) and Dakota Mathias (15) all chipped in.

Scott loved the fight in the group. It's a lesson we have to learn, but showing up and doing our jobs for Tasmanians is the standard anyone wearing the green jersey is held to. He backed Taran to keep getting better as the season goes on, and he's proud to have our first Tasmanian on the full roster.

Next up, we rest and work on getting some healthy bodies back. Josh Bannan is very close to a return. Majok Deng and Ben Ayre are three to four weeks away, and Anthony Drmic is week-to-week while his back settles. Until then, our fight won't change.
