Today I went for something fresh, zesty, and super satisfying: Lime. It’s simple, tangy, and packs a citrus punch that totally transforms into creamy magic on my -30°C frozen pan. I start with fresh lime, blend it right on the ice pan, and roll it into perfectly smooth Ice Cream Rolls.
The sounds, the texture, the look – everything is just pure ASMR satisfaction. I had so much fun creating this one and believe me, the taste at the end is out of this world. The creamy lime ice cream is refreshing, with a perfect sweet-sour balance.
