STAY FOCUS Shooting Class begins with “understanding.” 🏀

The theory session at the beginning of each class is not simply about teaching players how a shot should look.

Players learn why each movement is necessary, how force should be transferred through the body, and what the correct sequence is for creating an efficient shot.

A great shot is not built by simply copying a predetermined form.
It is built by understanding the principles, recognizing how your own body moves, and gradually developing the most efficient shooting form for you.

That is what STAY FOCUS believes proper shooting instruction should be.
