삼성은... 밥이 참 맛있습니다!!!
사실 인턴을 어디 지원할 지 고민하던 때 서브인턴때 먹었던 삼성의 밀카페가 어른거려서... 밥..과 복지에 이끌린 것을 부정할 수 없어요😂
식사는 당직날은 항상 야식이 공짜구요, 평소는 한 끼에 카드 태그 시 3500원씩 월급에서 공제됩니다. 인턴 때에는 한 달에 25번, 전공의 되고는 한 달에 12-13번 정도 기본제공 되고 추가로 먹을 시 공제되었어요!

1. 일반식

제가 편식과 알러지가 심해서 사실 식단 사진보다 더 많은 음식이 나올 때가 많아요! 손 대지 않을 것 같은 음식은 받지 않아서 연근이라던지 브로콜리.. 당근.. 오이.. 피클... 같은 종류가 없을 거구요.. 과일 종류는 수박 사과 참외 메론 무화과 등등에 알러지가 있어서 사진에 없습니다..! 동기들과 같이 밥을 먹을 때에는 동기의 식판을 촬영했지만 혼자 먹을 때에는 그럴수가 없기에 반찬 칸이 비어 있을 거에요!

그리고 몇 개월 지난 다음부터는 음식 메뉴를 보고 밥을 먹으러 갈 지 말 지 정했기 때문에 실제보다 파스타나 탕수육 돈까스 등 식단이 많이 나온 것 처럼 보일 수 있습니다..! 다 저의 초딩 입맛 때문입니다.. 입전 교수님이 맛있게 먹었다는 날은 저는 거의 병식을 먹지 않았고.. 제가 맛있는 밥 나오는 날이라 하면 교수님은 믿지 않으셨습니다 하하😆

2. 건강다이어트식
건강 다이어트식은 중식때는 별관에서만, 석식은 본관에서 메뉴 소진시까지만 제공되는데요, 종류별로 양과 칼로리가 적혀 있어요! 저는.. 건강한 밥을 좋아하지 않아 샘플이 굉장히 적습니다☆

3. 조식
조식이 사실 굉장히 맛있고 메뉴도.. 아예 한식과 양식을 싸그리 가져다 먹을 수 있어서 최고인데..! 메인 이외에도 국과 반찬 스프 주스 빵 1-2종류, 누룽지는 항상 기본으로 있구요!
하지만 출근해서 회진전까지 항상 바쁘기에 ... 그리고 안 바쁜날은 집에서 먹고 오기에.. 이것도 샘플이 적습니닷.

4. 야식
야식은 당직날은 무료입니다 하하
인턴 때는 몸 쓰는 일이라 그런지, 야식을 항상 챙겨먹었는데 전공의 되서는 오히려 야식 먹으면 속이 부대껴서 잘 먹지는 못 했어요..
다음 날 점심메뉴는 식판에 받아 먹을 수 있고, 포장해서 먹을 수 있는 간편한 메뉴가 따로 나옵니다.

5. 밀카페
삼성의 꽃 밀카페! 테이크아웃입니다..
기본 구성은 샐러드+빵+음료 하나씩이에요!
저는 단 빵을 좋아해서 크림치즈프레첼 커피번 허니브레드 위주만 받았지만 스콘 머핀 크림치즈+베이글 치아바타 등 종류가 있구요! 최근에는 해쉬토스트 비프토스트 크림치즈마늘바게트 등도 생겼습니다! 하루 3종류 브레드 중 택 1할 수 있구요!
샐러드는 풀떼기샐러드나 방울토마토/파인애플+고구마/단호박샐러드 조합 , 아니면 바나나 오렌지 사과 같은 과일 중 하나를 받을 수 있어요!
음료도 저는 항상 아메리카노만 마시지만 기본 라떼 카페모카등 커피종류와 밀크티 녹차 에이드류 그리고 하루 1종류 과일 주스도 있답니다! 딸기바나나주스가 맛나요😍
밀카페는 최고입니다... 텀블러 가져가면 음료는 텀블러에 받을 수 있구요!
암병원 밀카페에서는 11시부터 한정수량으로 컵밥을 주는데 컵밥+음료 한종류를 받을 수 있어요! 저는 컵밥도 먹는거(닭갈비, 나시고랭 등)만 먹는데 아보카도김치볶음밥 삼색비빔밥등 메뉴도 있답니다 ㅎㅎ

6.파견지-포항세명기독병원
복지 좋았던 곳!
편의점도 하루 5000원 쓸 수 있고 밥도 예약만 하면 샐러드나 포장식으로 주시고,
병원내 분식점도 6000원 금액 내로 다 먹을 수 있었어요! ㅎㅎ 먹는거는 아쉬움 전혀 없었던 기억이 나네요!

7. 파견지 - 제주대병원
저의 초딩입맛(?)에는 메뉴가 항상 맛있는데 너무 단백질이 없는 날도 가끔은 있는..
모닝빵티라미슈, 새싹요거트 등 신메뉴 도전도 항상 해주십니다..
맛있고 잘나오고.. 파견시 밥이 다 공짜입니다 후후!

Actually, when I was thinking about where to apply for an internship, I think about Samsung's meal cafe that I ate during sub-interns... I can't deny that I was attracted to Bob and welfare 😂
Late-night snacks are always free on duty days, and usually, 3,500 won is deducted from the monthly salary for card tags. 25 times a month when I was an intern, 12-13 times a month after becoming a resident are free, and it was deducted when I ate additionally!

1. General meal
I'm really picky and having food allergy so I don't take food that I don't think I'll touch, so I don't take lotus root or broccoli. Carrot... Cucumber... There's no such thing as pickles. I am allergic to watermelon, apple, melon, melon, fig, etc. so I am not in the picture When I ate with co-workers, I filmed co-worker's plate, but when I ate alone, I couldn't, so the side dishes would be empty!

And after a few months, I looked at the food menu and decided whether to go to eat or not, so it may seem like there are more menus such as pasta and sweet and sour pork cutlet than in reality It's all because of my taste is like elementary school students.

2. Healthy Diet meal
Healthy diet meals are served only somewhere in the annex during lunch.
The amount and calories are written for each type! I... I don't like healthy meal, so there are very few samples☆

3. Breakfast
Breakfast is actually really good and there are lots of menu to choice... It's the best because I can eat Korean and Western food In addition to the main dish, there are 1-2 kinds of soup and side dish... soup, juice, bread, and nurungji are always basic!
But I am always busy at morning before going to work and making rounds. And on days when I'm not busy, I eat breakfast at home...So I don't have enough samples for this.

5. Meal cafe
Samsung's favorite, Meal cafe! It's take-out. The basic composition is salad, bread, and a drink!
I like sweet bread, so I only got cream cheese pretzel, coffee bun, honey bread etc.. but there are also have scone muffin, bagle with cream cheese ,ciabatta with butter and so on!
You can choose one out of three types of bread a day!
You can get a salad with one of the fruits, such as a classic salad, cherry tomato/pineapple+sweet potato/sweet pumpkin salad combination, or fruits like banana, orange and apple!
I always drink Americano, but there are all kind of coffee, milk tea, green tea, fruit ade, and one fruit juice per day! Strawberry banana juice is my best choice. 😍
If you bring a tumbler, you can get a drink in a tumbler!
The Meal Cafe at Cancer Hospital offers a limited number of cup rice from 11 o'clock, and you can get a cup rice + a drink! I only eat cup rice (spicy stir-fried chicken, nasi goreng, etc.), but there are also menus such as avocado kimchi fried rice and three-color bibimbap.. Haha..

A place with good welfare!

7. Jeju National University Hospital
It's delicious and it comes out well. The food is free when you're dispatched.
