許多報廢電池、舊電子產品等廢棄物，內含金屬品位甚至高於天然礦石，也就是所謂「城市礦山」。動力電池、複合塑膠、退役光伏板、建築垃圾、混紡紡織品、廚餘、電子廢料，每一類物料面對的回收痛點各不相同；部分產品為了耐用，出廠就把多層材質緊密貼合，反而提升後續拆解難度。過去洋垃圾進口，禁令落地後倒逼國內開發本土廢棄物資源；不少回收技術實驗室表現出色，但受成本、進料品質限制，難以快速大規模商業化。行業還面臨無證小作坊搶料、劣幣驅逐良幣的現象。影片剖析，循環經濟不只是環保議題，更是萬億級產業；技術決定拆解可行性，經濟收益影響企業參與意願，制度標準與監管，才決定整個產業能不能健康運轉，實現資源閉環。
Many discarded batteries, old electronic products, and other wastes contain metal content that can even be higher than that of natural ore — these are what we call 'urban mines.' Each type of material, like power batteries, composite plastics, retired solar panels, construction waste, mixed textiles, kitchen waste, and electronic waste, faces different challenges in recycling. Some products are made durable by tightly bonding multiple layers of materials during manufacturing, which actually makes them harder to disassemble later. In the past, importing foreign waste was common, but after the ban, it pushed domestic development of local waste resources. Many recycling tech labs are doing great work, but due to costs and the quality of input materials, large-scale commercial deployment is still tough. The industry also deals with unlicensed small workshops grabbing materials and a 'bad money drives out good' scenario. The video breaks it down: the circular economy isn’t just about environmental protection — it’s a trillion-dollar industry. Technology determines if disassembly is possible, economic returns impact companies’ willingness to participate, and the rules, standards, and regulations decide whether the whole industry can run healthily and truly close the resource loop.
