Muhammad Abu Said, who speaks Beijing-accented Chinese Mandarin perhaps more fluently and eloquently than his native Arabic, sees China as his second hometown.

Having spent nearly half of his lifetime in China, Muhammad the Omani, who once lived in a Hutong courtyard in Beijing, talks about the good old days, the building of the diplomatic ties between Oman and China, and the incredible changes he himself have witnessed in China over decades.
