What is the right way to live?
How can we live a GOOD life?
Have you ever wanted to pose these fundamental questions to your AI friend and let it sort everything out for you?
Professor Cheng Lesong, chair of the PKU Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies, warns of the risks of doing so. With AI growing more powerful every day, how much should we delegate to systems that do not experience life as humans do?
Instead of standardized understanding of humanity, now may be the time to rethink what should remain deeply human.
