《기억전달자: 미디어라는 이름의 기계들》
SF 소설 『기억 전달자』에서는 인간이라는 불완전한 미디움이 지닌 감정이라는 노이즈가 정보의 온전한 전달을 방해합니다. 하지만 실세계의 인간은 정보를 외부 장치에 기록하고 저장하여 기억을 공동체와 성공적으로 공유해왔습니다. 이 전시는 이 시대의 초거대 기억 전달자가 된 미디어라는 이름의 기계들이 주도하는 새로운 기억 문화를 맞이하기 위한 방안들을 구하고자 합니다.

𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝘽𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙧𝙨: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙒𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖
In the science-fiction novel The Giver, the noise of emotion, inherent in the imperfect medium of the human, interrupts the faithful transmission of information. However, human beings have successfully shared memory within communities by recording and storing information in external devices. This exhibition seeks for ways to welcome the new memory culture led by the machines we call media which have become the hyperscale memory bearers of this era.
