매화 가지 끝에 둥근 달이 걸렸습니다.
이번 그림은 수묵화로 달(月)을 표현하는 데 중심을 두었습니다.
수묵화에서의 달 표현은 달 가장자리에 번지는 선을 그어 달 내부를 직접 그리지 않아도 스스로 드러나게 하는 방식을 사용합니다. 단, 붓에 먹을 묻히는 과정에서 이미 달의 상태가 결정되기에 조심스러운 표현이 아닐 수 없습니다.
젖은 화선지가 마르면서 서서히 드러나기에 매화 끝에 달린 달빛을 느껴보시길 바랍니다.

This painting focuses on how the moon is expressed in Korean ink wash painting.
Rather than painting the moon itself, the moon is allowed to emerge from the untouched paper by drawing a softly spreading line around its edge. Because the appearance of the moon is already determined as the brush is loaded with ink, this technique requires a particularly careful touch.
As the wet hanji gradually dries, the moon slowly reveals itself. I hope you enjoy the moonlight appearing at the end of the plum branch.
