Time to make our mouths fresh and clean! After brushing our teeth, let’s rinse our mouth together. Pick up your little cup—tap, tap! Turn on the water—drip, drop, trickle, splash! Just a little water is all we need.
Take a small sip—sip, sip! Now close your lips and puff your cheeks. Puff, puff! Here we go! Swish, swish, swish! Swoosh the water from one cheek to the other. Left, right, left, right! Wiggle, wiggle! The water rushes around our teeth—whoosh, whoosh!
Round and round it goes. Bubble, bubble, bubbly-bubble! Gurgle, gurgle! Can you make a funny rinsing sound? Swishy-swish, swooshy-swoosh! Keep the water moving and don’t swallow it.
Now bend over the sink. Ready? Three, two, one—ptooey! Splash! There it goes! Bye-bye, little bubbles!
One more rinse! Sip, puff, swish! Swoosh, bubble, gurgle! And… ptooey! Splish, splash, all done!
Our mouths feel fresh, our teeth feel clean, and our smiles are bright. Brush, brush, brush and rinse, rinse, rinse! Every morning and every night, let’s keep our happy smiles sparkling—twinkle, twinkle, shine!
