이번 영상은 텃밭에서 계속 자라나는 상추와 딜, 블루베리를 수확하고
상추비빔밥과 간단한 샐러드를 만들어 먹은 여름 시골집 일상을 담았어요

여름이 되니 괜히 더 건강하고 가볍게 먹고 싶어져서
수제 그릭요거트와 그래놀라도 만들어 봤어요
걸러진 유청은 버리지 않고 리코타치즈로 만들어
마당에서 수확한 블루베리와 함께 샐러드로 즐겼답니다

그리고 이날은 대한민국의 2026 월드컵 첫 경기가 있던 날
지난번 먹고 남은 화덕브레드 샌드위치와 파스타로 빠르게 브런치를 차리고
설레는 마음으로 경기를 봤는데요…

결과는… 아시죠? 🥲

A peaceful summer countryside vlog with a little bit of the 2026 World Cup ⚽🌿

In this vlog, I harvest fresh lettuce, dill, and blueberries from my vegetable garden and make a simple lettuce bibimbap and fresh salad.

As the weather gets warmer, I've been craving lighter and healthier meals, so I made homemade Greek yogurt and granola.
Instead of throwing away the whey, I turned it into fresh ricotta cheese and enjoyed it with blueberries picked from my garden.

It was also the day of Korea's first match at the 2026 World Cup.
I quickly prepared brunch with leftover wood-fired bread, pasta, and a simple ricotta salad before watching the match.

Well... you probably know how it ended 🥲
