The roses in my countryside garden have finally reached their peak 🌹
Lately, I’ve been spending more time sitting by the window just admiring the garden filled with early summer blooms :)

In this video, I share peaceful days spent tending the vegetable garden, harvesting fresh lettuce, peppers, perilla leaves, and beet greens, and enjoying the beauty of roses in full bloom.
From pruning watermelon vines and caring for pepper plants to gathering baskets full of fresh vegetables, it’s been one of the busiest — and happiest — seasons in the garden 🌿

After a long day of yard work, I made japchae rice with simple ingredients from the fridge and prepared a generous ssambap dinner using freshly harvested vegetables from the garden.
And of course, I couldn’t resist a glass of citron makgeolli I brought back from Namhae :)

I hope this video brings you a little moment of peace and the scent of early summer roses 🌹
