부지런한 농부는 아니지만, 텃밭을 돌보고 수확한 채소들로 이것저것 만들어 먹는 시골집 일상을 가득 담았어요 :)

잠봉과 고다치즈를 넣은 샌드위치로 브런치를 즐기고, 텃밭 채소와 집반찬으로 정겨운 시골 백반 한 상도 차려 보았답니다. 루꼴라와 바질을 수확해 페스토를 만들고, 옆집 할머니가 주신 감자로 트러플 감자튀김도 만들어 보았어요. 화덕도우로 간단하게 피자를 구워 먹고, 알리오올리오와 함께 오랜만에 시원하게 칠링한 샴페인 한 잔까지 곁들였답니다 🥂

끊임없이 자라는 텃밭 작물들을 수확하고 정리하며, 서툴지만 조금씩 노력하는 농부가 되어가는 시골집의 초여름 일상을 담았습니다.

I may not be the most hardworking gardener, but I filled this video with moments of tending the vegetable garden and making all sorts of meals with freshly harvested produce from my little countryside home :)

I enjoyed a jambon and Gouda cheese sandwich for brunch, prepared a comforting Korean-style countryside meal with home-cooked side dishes and garden vegetables, and made pesto using freshly picked arugula and basil. I also turned a basket of potatoes gifted by my neighbor into crispy truffle fries. To finish, I baked a simple pizza with wood-fired dough and enjoyed it with aglio e olio and a well-chilled glass of champagne 🥂

This video captures an early summer in the countryside, harvesting and tending endlessly growing vegetables while slowly becoming a more dedicated gardener, one day at a time.
