뮤지엄SAN은 2017년부터 판화를 일상의 예술로 소개하는 ‘판화작가 공모 프로젝트’를 이어오고 있습니다.

그 마지막을 장식하는 전시는 김민호 작가의 《성찰지목(省察之木) – 존재의 확장》입니다.

김민호 작가는 동판화 라인에칭과 콜라주 기법을 통해 선이 자연과 존재의 경계를 넘어 확장되는 순간을 탐구합니다. 겹겹이 이어진 섬세한 선들은 호흡처럼, 나무의 형상 속에서 ‘존재’와 ‘확장’에 대한 고요한 사유를 이끌어냅니다. 선이 만들어내는 사유의 흐름을 따라, 김민호 작가의 작업과 내면을 담은 인터뷰 영상을 만나보세요.

Since 2017, Museum SAN has continued its Printmaking Artist Open Call Project, introducing printmaking as an art form embedded in everyday life.

Concluding this year’s exhibition series is 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗼 𝗞𝗶𝗺’s 𝘛𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘙𝘦𝘧𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 – 𝘌𝘹𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘌𝘹𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦.

Through copperplate line-etching and collage techniques, 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗼 𝗞𝗶𝗺 explores the moment when lines expand beyond the boundaries between nature and existence. Layer by layer, delicate lines, like breath, invite quiet reflection on “existence” and “expansion” through the imagery of trees.
