Clean Habit! Rinse, Rinse Our Mouth! Swish Swish!

Brush, brush, brush! Our teeth are nice and clean. But we’re not finished yet! It’s time to rinse our mouth. Grab your little cup and turn on the water—drip, drop, splash! Fill it up just a little. Now take a small sip. Gulp! Ready?

Swish, swish, swish! Move the water from side to side. Swoosh, swoosh! Let it wiggle around your teeth. Left, right, round and round—swishy, swishy, swish! Puff up your cheeks—puff, puff! Bubble, bubble! Can you feel the water dancing inside your mouth?

Now lean over the sink. One, two, three—ptooey! Splash! Out goes the water. Bye-bye, toothpaste bubbles!

Let’s do it one more time! Sip, sip! Swish, swish! Swoosh, swoosh! Gurgle, gurgle! Bubble, bubble! And… ptooey! Splish, splash!

Great job! Our mouths feel clean and fresh. Brush in the morning, brush before bed, and remember our fun little routine: brush, brush, brush—rinse, rinse, rinse! Swish and swoosh, then spit it out. Sparkle, sparkle! Now our happy smiles are ready to shine!
